LOCATION & DIRECTIONS

What can I expect?

How long is a typical FPCSC service?

In total, a typical service is 90 minutes. Sunday service is a time when we gather together as a church body to give thanks for what God does in our lives, sing songs of praise to Him, and learn a bit more about His Word. Our worship team leads us in praise and Pastor Dennis Woodsmall leads the teaching portion of the service. Other members of the congregation also participate through prayer and scripture reading. And don't forget to join us after the service in our Social Hall for refreshments.

What's the culture like at FPCSC?

It's important for visitors to understand something. Here at FPC we don't care how you're dressed (although we do care that you're dressed). We don't care how old you are, we don't care what line of work you're in, we don't care about your tattoos or piercings , and we don't care what candidate you voted for, or whether you decided not to vote at all. We don't care how you're broken, because we are all broken in one way or another. We don't care that you're imperfect, because all of us are imperfect. The one critical thing you need to know is that God is interested in seeing you made Free , Whole, and in Intimate Relationship with Him.

Our culture centers on the love of God and His commandment for us to love Him and to love each other. The warmth with which we care for one another is the way in which we witness for Christ to the world. We look out for each other, serve one another, enjoy each other’s company, and walk together in prayer to grow in the love and knowledge of God.

What about my kids?

We believe that kids should have a blast at church as they learn more about God - and we make this a priority in our Children's Ministry. We offer Youth Ministry Programs for age groups: infant through Grade 12. Your children’s safety is of the highest priority, because of that, we have procedures and staffing requirements to keep your kids and the teachers safe.
